At a resolution of 1920x1200 with no AA, an average of 60 fps or greater in both walkthroughs provided an excellent gaming experience. With AA enabled, the average frame rate drops to the mid-40s. Note the similarity of the 2x and 4x AA results.

While BioShock lacks an internal benchmark, we have demonstrated that using Fraps, in conjunction with a carefully executed walkthrough, can be used to evaluate and graphics card performance. BioShock has rejuvenated the gaming community and we are eagerly awaiting its use in future product reviews.
