PERFORMANCE AT 2560x1600

A single GeForce 9600 GT is not recommended for gaming at the resolution of 2560x1600 as a minimum frame rate of 30 fps was achievable in only one benchmark.

However, as shown on the next page, performance improved considerably when a second GeForce 9600 GT was added to form an SLI configuration.

Performance at 2560x1600

At the resolution of 2560x1600, the minimum frame rate dipped below 30 fps on the GeForce 9600 GT in the following tests:

22 fps - Oblivion - No Antialiasing - HDR
21 fps - Call of Duty 4 - No Antialiasing
20 fps - F.E.A.R. - 4x Antialiasing
20 fps - F.E.A.R. - Soft Shadows
17 fps - Call of Duty 4 - 4x Antialiasing
17 fps - Crysis - Medium
17 fps - World in Conflict Demo - Medium
16 fps - BioShock - No Antialiasing
11 fps - STALKER - No Antialiasing
11 fps - World in Conflict Demo - High
03 fps - Crysis - High
03 fps - Oblivion - 4x Antialiasing - HDR
