Quake 2 Benchmarks



Quake 2 continues to be a popular benchmark to test the performance of 3D accelerators.  Quake 2 increased the demands on a system by requiring faster processors and graphics accelerators in order to obtain comparable frame rates to those experienced in GL Quake.

Custom timedemos, such as massive1 and crusher, were developed to measure the extra stress on the graphics sub-system caused during multi-player conditions.  Can the Viper V770 Ultra handle it?
