Due to time constraints, testing was limited to the resolution of 2560x1600. Benchmark results with no antialiasing under Windows XP and Windows Vista appear below.
With no antialiasing at the uber-resolution of 2560x1600, both the GeForce 8800 GT and XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512MB compete with the more expensive GeForce 8800 GTX. In fact, both graphics cards outperformed the GeForce 8800 GTX in Dark Messiah and Crysis.
Windows XP Performance
In Windows Vista, the XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512MB was able to surpass the performance of the GeForce 8800 GTX in BioShock and Crysis.
