I was surprised with the scores obtained here. It would seem with the 11107 3DMarks, the XFX GeForce 260 GTX is barely beating my older XFX GeForce 8800 GT XXX Alpha Dog Edition, which pulled in 10679 3DMarks. However, the fixed 1024x768 resolution of the free version of the benchmark doesn't allow the XFX GeForce 260 GTX to fully flex its muscles. Let's see the game performance results where these two cards are matched head-to-head.
