nvidia-settings-1.0 compilation

I've just downloaded nvidia-settings-1.0.tar.gz via link, provided in announcement message for 14.19 driver.

Question is, where to get ctkpowersavings.h, mentioned in src/gtk+-2.x/ctkpowersavings.c:30. There is no it in tarball, google and this forum searching by keyword "ctkpowersavings" gives no result.

Some files are missing due to a packaging problem; please use http://people.freedesktop.org/~aplattner/nvidia-settings/nvidia-settings-100.14.19.tar.gz.
