My card is oc'd at 630 (see sig)
And the temp is around (idle) 60c
Is that safe?
Should I crank the fan to 100?

Safe. They run freakin' hot. Mine's at 60° as we speak.

Whew. Okay, i was worried there for a while.
Thats quite a good temp for a overclocked GTX!
My card idles around 50c .... load temp is 65c thats with a HR-03 Plus cooler.
I changed my fan speed from 50% to 99% and my temps dropped from 62C to 53C which is a big diffrence although the noise is more noticeable it means i should hopfully get more out of my video card then the current 630/2000MHz

Are you guys using Rivatuner to set the fan speeds. ?
Yeah rivatuner they uses! ..... by the way.. try setting the fan speed to 80%, when i had the stock cooler on i found 80% did a good job of cooling and didnt make a major difference in the noise! anything over 80% was way to noisy i found.
EDIT: .... sorry, posted the same thing twice! :P
Yeah i ended up turning it down to 80%, max temp is 70C. Still a little warm.

Hehe, this is why I love H20!! I'm idling at 45C, goes to 55C under a full load :p

These cards are good up to the 100*C mark :)
Well since i change the layout of my Gemini CPU cooler temps on the GPU have gone down slightly but the HSF on the 8800 is cooler to touch, much cooler more so the back.

On my XFX XXX stock cooling I was 62 - 64 idle and about 75 -78 load. Since I mounted the VF1000 LED Ultra with the ZM-RHS88 it has went down to idle 56-58 and load 65. Thats with running the rthdribl for 30 min with fan at 100%. Can not even hear it running. Real Pleased.
