Does anyone have any input or experience with using ATI video cards on motherboards with nvidia chipsets? The reason I ask is that there are lots of nice nvidia AM2 boards, but not much to choose from with AMD chipsets.

THere wont be any issues, I know of many people who do it. If you dont already have a ATI card save your change for this upcoming 8800GT it sounds like a great card for the price.

If you have the X1950XTX it will run on any nvidia board ,I ran the 2900XT on my 680i SLI and had no problems ,just can't run crossfire with them.If I was going to get a AM2 I would go with the Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Brisbane 2.6GHz ,It's $129 at 2.6gig and has a unlocked multipler build on the 65nm chip and overclocks to 3.2gigs easy.
