still a good deal. It has the exact same warranty as a new one. 1 year. IMO same warranty as new = new enough for me.

Went ahead and nabbed one earlier... wasn't going to but 30 gigs for 80 bucks... good deal to me. At first I was like "ewww brown", but then said screw it, because usually it will be in my pocket anyway.

i might be selling my zune in about 1-2 weeks. only have about 500kb left on the hdd.

Need to pick up zune 2 80gb. Look out for good deal on my black nekrozune ;)
