HELP mouse crashed in Win XP

Hi all, I use a dual boot system, each HDD has its own OS, The HDD with XP was working fine then one day I booted to it and the mouse is frozen. I cant do ANYTHING because the mouse is dead. In Vista, it works fine. Please dont tell me I have to reinstall XP on that drive again. Any ideas? thanks

Try a different mouse with xp.....a p/s2 mouse preferably and then manually downlaod the drivers for your other mouse ;)
