ECS NForce 570 SLI - E6600 + cooling

Hi Guys, im looking at getting a ECS NForce 570 SLI board and an Intel E6600.
I understand this is a good processor to overclock, but I would like some advice on cooling, what would be the best cooling solution for getting the cpu near say 3.2ghz on a budget.
Also if anyone has any advice on overclocking this cpu with this board or can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. I also have 2GB (2x1GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-5400 (667), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12

Forget budget and get a Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme,
and upgrade the ram also.

Thanks for that, I have changed my memory for Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-5400 2gb.
Any advice on OC'ing or a point in the right direction for this board and cpu?

Here is the board with a 6700, should a 6600 be similar to oc?
