Well,that was screens from my PC.

Sli works perfectly for me, dont use nhancer or something like that.
Here you got the complete set of screens, in Vista32, with lastest beta drivers. The game is playable at this configuration, but maybe a patch from crytek or new forcewares could make the game runs better.

Very true, I played it on Delta since the first time I started the demo but the great thing about the AI is that as long as you hide while they are hunting you down, and don't see you cloak, you can actually see the AI still going to the spot where they saw you. You can also hide within/behind foliage successfully unlike in Far Cry where the AI could see you through foliage. "Non-cheating/Realistic" AI FTW! :D

The 2nd main camp I came to along the shore, I had left the hummer back not too far off (I parked it where the pack of 3 guys are standing by some trees next to the road) and once I had snuck into the next camp and they knew I was there, I cloaked and hid up on a rock to watch them and pick them off but two guys high tailed it back down the road and came tearing back into the camp in the hummer with guns blazing :rw:

I can't think of another game where the AI would actually be that intelligent enough to do something like that. Most other AI's would just run at you firing rather than taking their own well being into consideration but I've seen other korean soldiers hiding behind rocks once I snipe their comrade and run from rock to rock keeping behind cover. Another time I had one guy pinned down behind a rock when I was in the hummer's machinegun turret and he would NOT come out. Even if I stopped firing, I'd see his head pop up and then duck back down and then a grenade come lobbing over the rock at the hummer. :afro2:

I've also noticed that they will typically either run for cover if they're exposed or duck down behind something if they have to reload.

xD Jonelo, is my mate, a friend of mine who just pick up some of my screens with my permission, so you better ask him first to say something like that.

OK.. without reading all of a 40+ page thread.

I have a GTX. I take it 1920x1080 is going to be unbearably slow with this game? Even w/no AA?

Check out my thread, I am at 1680X1050 but as you can see by looking at my FPS 1920X1080 should be possible.

Yeah and his vocal naviagator sounds just like the scientest from far cry that led carver around until the end of the game where he turns on you.

Same voice actors, I'm guessing.

I almost think this will feel more like farcry 2 than the true far cry sequel.

Those where already posed in the screenshots thread, you hadn't have to post them here. The pictures i posted on the other hand where edited for better visuals. Anyhow, i prefered putting them up in full resolution, as long as its aint more than 10 pics.

So those pictures was with only High textures, thats a bit pity :|

You are right, so i apologize cause, the Jonelos didnt say to me that he post. all the screens in the screenshots post.

So i you are interested, i got only 2gb of ram with vista, so To run the game playable i have to put the textures in high, otherwise i can reach the limit of the ram.

With textures and shadows in high, happens that the frame rate become stable, and i dont have ups and downs so far.

The frame rate hit of textures and shadows in high was only 5 fps overall, the limit to get and unplayable game, and believe me, i cant get more quality right now.

In 2 days i can run with 4gb and a raptorx, so i expect the textures could reach the very high mode.

so only the sli makes the diference, and of course A good driver configuration. SLI WORKS, no doubt, dont use NHANCER or something like that.

The 2nd main camp I came to along the shore, I had left the hummer back not too far off (I parked it where the pack of 3 guys are standing by some trees next to the road) and once I had snuck into the next camp and they knew I was there, I cloaked and hid up on a rock to watch them and pick them off but two guys high tailed it back down the road and came tearing back into the camp in the hummer with guns blazing :rw:

I can't think of another game where the AI would actually be that intelligent enough to do something like that. Most other AI's would just run at you firing rather than taking their own well being into consideration but I've seen other korean soldiers hiding behind rocks once I snipe their comrade and run from rock to rock keeping behind cover. Another time I had one guy pinned down behind a rock when I was in the hummer's machinegun turret and he would NOT come out. Even if I stopped firing, I'd see his head pop up and then duck back down and then a grenade come lobbing over the rock at the hummer. :afro2:

I've also noticed that they will typically either run for cover if they're exposed or duck down behind something if they have to reload.

Yes I have noticed how two guys actually retreated to get reinforcement or a truck with a MG once they figured out that they couldn't kill me because they were too far and I used cover effectively and they weren't causing enough damage to me. First they tried to cover behind foliage and flank me, but I was shooting through it, so they retreated. :)

I heard that the devs inplemented "human-like mistakes" as well, like they might trip and fall on the ground, giving you a precious second or two to pwn them and get that "lolz I just pwnt yo ass" feeling. :)
