Not really especially considering that Weir wasn't the first non-American to win this tournament. He simply played a better, more consistent game than anyone else in the field. He deserved to win. :)
On a side note, I can't help but feel at least a little glad that Tiger faultered. He's an incredible player, but even the greats stumble. It's kind of funny because the other players to win back-to-back green jackets were out of contention when they attempted to win 3 in a row.
