Hybrid SLI 8800GTS with 8800GT ?

I have a 8800GTS/640Mb and I wanted to upgraded to SLI but the new 8800GT being same performance for cheaper and added video decoding, i am tempted to try an hybrid SLI.

Anyone tried that already ? does it work ?

I have never done SLI before so I don't know how similar card must be or if GTS/GT difference is going to be a problem or not ?!

no wont work, hybrid sli is totally different and hasn't even come out yet as far as I know, it works with onboard video and your dedicated video in sli configuration, and I believe it only works with the lowerend models. Not the highend or midrange cards.

in other words, no you can not sli a gt and a gts together because they are totally different cores.
