I have the following system running on a 500w Powercooler PSU, dual 12v rails which add up to 37 amps, I'm getting an MSI 8800GTX 768mb tomorrow, I was wondering if I can run it or if I need to change the PSU ?

Core 2 Duo E6400 (not overclocked)
MSI P965 Platinum
2 GB OCZ 667mhz DDRII (adding 2 GB more tomorrow for a total of 4 GB)
SB Live 24 bit
Two 500 GB WD5000KS & One 320 GB WD3200KS Western Digital SATA Hard Drives
Pioneer DVD-120 & Pioneer DVR-109

I am replacing an ATi x1950 XT 256MB.

If I do need to upgrade the PSU, what would you recommend ? I could get a 600w Satellite SI-8600eps PSU, is that any good ?

Any input will be highly appreciated.

I should think that your PSU will be fine.

I have a C2D @ 3.6GHZ, 4 HDDs and an 8800GTX on an antec trupower 550watt.
