i heard that original 9500 can slightly turned to 9500 pro through software is it true?and what is the software anyway?

no, the original r9500 can be turned to a r9700 if you own an older version with a red PCB, which is the same PCB as the r9700.

The 128 MB 9500 np on the 9700 PCB can be turned into a 9700. The 64mb 9500 np can be turned into a 9500 Pro.
