On My A7N8X-Deluxe2.0 and my 56k Modem

This is weird when I had my U.S.Robotics 56kV.92 dial up modem in my A7V333 it would connect at 50.6Kbps to the internet and now that I have changed to a A7N8X-Deluxe2.0 useing the same modem and same internet it connects up at 115.2 kbps, Is there something special about this board that makes it connect up faster.

No modem actually connects at 115.2...I've seen that quite a few times on modems, I have no idea what causes it.

As far as I understand it, The "115kbps" is the maximum data transfer rate of the 16550 UART. This is the uncompressed data rate of the connection, the connection itself is still connected at <56Kbps. Your system is for some reason reporting the uncompressed data rate, not the speed the modems have negotiated and connected at. Anyway, both of these vary during the connection depending upon a number of factors, such as line quality and internet traffic.
