PowerMizer support

Hi,

My notebook has a Geforce 8400GS and I'd really like to get PowerMizer working as it does under Windows. Without PowerMizer my notebook is pretty limited as a mobile unix system. Do the official nVidia drivers still not have PowerMizer support? Does anyone know of a workaround, perhaps with Xorg's nv driver?

Anyone know the status of getting official support from nVidia?

Hi

I just saw the 169.04 release post and noticed the PowerMizer monitoring feature. Does that mean this driver will enable PowerMizer?

Hi,

I recently installed the new beta drivers (169.07) and PowerMizer shows as being enabled and working. I'm not sure if these drivers enabled the feature or not. Either way, I'm a happy camper now. Thanks nVidia. :D

Running an HP Pavilion dv2600 here btw...
