The 8800GT is a lot faster and some overclock it to 700/2000. Theres info all over the place about it.

The 8800 GT is a MUCH better card than the 8800 GTS 320MB. It has more memory for textures, and it is much faster. It's even faster than the 640MB version of the GTS and not far from the 8800 GTX!

i got the 8800GT after owning the GTS320 for a few months. It's not "much" faster - I would say nominally so. You will only notice a real speed increase in games than need the memory like crysis, gow, and certain games running at high resolutions with a lot of AA. It's certainly a better card, but it really depends on what type of resolutions your monitor supports and what settings you like playing on.
