Hey dudes. My housemates and I are putting together an HTPC and I just wanted to ask for a few opinions since this is my first home theater build.

GIGABYTE GA-G33M-DS2R (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128053) - $100 (buying new in box)
Pentium Dual Core E2140 (http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0266759) - $59.99
Sapphire HD2600XT GDDR4 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102102) - $124.99
Corsair XMS DDR2-800 2x1GB (http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0245599) - $52.99
Ultra MicroFly w/400W PSU (http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0240494) - $89.99
Western Digital 500GB 16MB SATA2 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136073) - $104.99

Reusing 8x NEC DVD writer.

I'm going ATI since I can route the onboard sound through the card's HDMI. Plus ATI's HD noise reduction appears to be superior. The HD2600XT will be fine for light gaming. This will all be running a 52" Sharp Aquos 1080p. I plan to overclock the processor to around 2.4-2.8GHz. I'm going with the higher end Gigabyte model since I may want to expand this setup to a file server running RAID5 in time.

Thoughts?

That will make a great box man!! I will have to find the link for the HD2600XT they said a lot of good things about it as far as TV goes.
