Change partition type?

My system finally works fine.

I want to change my drive letter, and I can't.

Both harddrives show to be about the same.

250gig (Vista installed on this) is Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, Primary Partition
320gig is System, Active, Primary Partition

I want my 320gig harddrive to be a storage harddrive, how do I make it for only storage than anything else?

My harddrive is defective, simply said. I'm waiting for WD to send me new/replacement harddrive.
