GMA950 question.

First off my appologies if i threaded in the wrong place.

My wife got a new laptop Gateway MT6842b, with 2GB ram and a GMA950. Apparently it can go upto 256mb for graphics, but its only on 8mb.How does she change it to 256mb?
We've looked in the bios but cant see a way to change it, and none of the DOCS we have are of any help.
Please can someone help her.

OK Heres what i learned from support, id like to share.

A GMA950 on a laptop will take as much ram for the graphics as needed.So eg. mine idles at 8mb and go up when needed. BUT aparently its a bit hit and miss when it comes to games, as when installing it might only see 8mb.
