Hello my friend asked me a question to ask you.
He has an E6420 which he can sell for 120 euros. Someone is offering him a QX6700 from a Dell for 300 euros.
Should he go for it?
The warrarnty etc
is it worth an extra 180 euros?
cheers

I would buy it in a heart beat.
I'd rather go with a new Q6600.

I'd rather go with a new Q6600.
Still a good price for a used QX6700. (Specially for Europe)
I wouldn't trust a Dell OEM chip to be a great clocker either.
