How far along in CRYSIS am I?

I just got out of the alien ship, about how far in the game am I. I have to admit the alien ship level wasn't very good to me. I stopped just as I got out and was standing on the edge with snow all around.

There's 3 more levels left at that point. They are all fairly short though.

It took me about 9 hours to get there and I think I was about 3 hours to finish the game from there..

EDIT: Perhaps more like 2½ hours.

yea you are almost done, another hour or two depending on how fast you move.

It goes pretty fast from there... I liked the descent down the mountain... hated the escort... the AA was OK... the VTOL was pretty fun once I figured it out... and the last level is BUGGY AS HELL. But it will be cool when they get it patched.

2-3 hours. The last level takes a while... especially if you can't LOCK ON. :headexplode:

I am at the same point ATM... I acctually like the alien ship level. Reminded me of Decent :p Up to this point though.. the Tank level has by far been my favorite! :D

I hated the alien ship, that part was the worst gaming experience ever. I was ready to quit. Luckily I got back outside and it was war so I will forgive them for that. Maybe a patch can remove the whole alien ship sequence with the 2 poly creatures from the game :p

I would have like some more jungle fever too... maybe fighting more aliens... blasting them with tanks etc...

probably not a bad idea... I found it tough at times to hit those little ****s. Oh well, when I got out of that ship I could shoot anything from any distance.. lol.

What is it with the gun that Prophet drops when his suit is damaged and you meet him again ? Are you supposed to pick it up ? It sits there and I was not sure what to do. (I am now past it,half way through the escort mission in the plane/copter,flying through the valley) Was just curious is all...

I used it to blast aliens for a while... you don't really need it though.

it is a good gun to have, if you didn't pick it up I wouldn't sweat it. Infinite ammo + good rate of fire and damage :D

That gun sucks so badly. The gun sound is awful. What is it? Thows ice at you? They could have made an awesome alien weapon but they totally blew it.

I'm up to the final boss battle. This game was awesome until the aliens came in and messed it up. Didn't they learn ANYTHING from all the complaints people had about FarCry's trigens? :mad:

The aliens are so boring. Their weapons suck.

The second half is nothing like the first half on this game. Wtf?! :mad:

actually, other than the korean assault rifle and the gauss rifle that was my favorite weapon :D

it was pretty fun to use to take out the aliens.

I finished Crysis yesterday as well, The best map and level for me was definitely the first, the beach, knowing there is "something else" in the island etc..

Fighting Koreans was nice in the jungle, sneaking up, acting like what you'd do if it was real etc, and the whole alien stuff going on as a mistery was nice too.

After the airship, and aliens came out, the game kinda lost its touch for me. Aliens are cool and all but I think that game would of been alot better if it had been just some cool objectives about koreans.

I tried pressing F hundreds of times from all angles,and I could not pick it up

I actually loved the spaceship level, reminded me of Prey somewhat. Got Phophet gun, have to say frame rate tanked after ship. Strange is that DX9 now crashes and DX10 doesn't :confused:
