Now this is a cool concept :)

Stumbled on the site by accident when looking for news that I work with. Really cool idea and fun to read.

So what's it do (if your not familiar with the concept)?, it's pushing air without any moving parts. In version 1 they actually made a gaming rig without _any_ moving parts at all (using flash drives as boot instead of hdd)

Do check out V1 and 2 too, to get a better picture on what it's all about

The other projects are fun to read aswell :)

Thats pretty neat. :D

Not a powerful cooling solution by any means, but in a silent project PC that'd be the ideal cooler.

It's more like proof of concept, yet still good enugh to be used, i like that. I wouldnt mind a 0db system when I work with music, as i do more often then play games on my puter.

Now when not playing games i lower rpm on cpu, gpu and psu.

That wouldn't be 0db (moving air is invariably going to create noise, regardless of how is it moved) but pretty damn quiet all the same.

I am sure a modified design could move air quicker than this, as fast or faster than a normal CPU fan. IMO this is a lot more practical than water cooling on many levels.
