Parting out PC

I'm upgrading to Quad core rig, so I'm hoping to get some money out of mine. Here's what I have to sell:

E4300, Gigabyte GA-965P-S3, Corsair XMS 2x1gig 667 $200 shipped for combo

eVga 8800 GTS 320 superclocked $200 shipped

Everything works great. It's the rig I'm using to post this.

EDIT: I also forgot to mention that the ethernet on the board doesn't work and the onboard sound just plain sucks, so I'm including a Linksys NIC and an Audigy Live sound card.

What revision is that mobo? I ask, because looking it up, it appears there is a 1.0 and a 3.3, at least that's the two I saw so far.

I "believe" it's 3.3. I'll look to make sure though. What's the difference?
