Anyone know if MSI is good with RMA's and warranties if anything goes wrong?

OH EM GEE I LUV J0000!!!! :bleh:

Man I wish the Dell Preferred Account system isn't down for maintenance. The promo for an additional 2% off with that card is supposedly in effect, and I would like to use my DPA just for that, even if I only save an additional 4 bucks. :o

well left one part out. Paypal has some thing going that if you use paypal and then dell you save another 20%.

Dell - 20% off when paying with PayPal 20% off
PayPal will credit back 20% off your entire purchase of $100 or more from Dell Home, up to a total of $50 maximum savings, when paying with PayPal at checkout. Expires: 12/10/2007

Where'd you see that? Paypal definitely has a ton of stores that are doing the 20% back thing, but I didn't notice Dell on there...

The combination of taxes and shipping kills how good this deal is.

Umm, 3-5 day shipping is free. Even overnight is only $16, tax for me is about $15, which puts it at $239 even with the fastest shipping. That's still less than MSRP and more importantly a lot less than any other sites are selling them for right now. I fail to see how this is not a really good deal.

I just submitted my order. $222 shipped. With their 1-2 week ship date it will probably get here just as I'm leaving for vacation.

If it's in stock you could very likely get it by friday. Dell is usually pretty quick with shipping.

I don't think it is in stock. The estimated ship date is 12/13, but TBH I was expecting to wait longer than that to find one even at MSRP, so if it actually ships around then I'll be happy. And as expected that ship date is the day before I'll be leaving on vacation.:(

I tried to order 2 and they charged me shipping. I think it was around 470 bucks total.

Considering what most places are charging, $235 shipped is a pretty damn good price.

I payed $325 for my PNY from Tiger Direct the day they came out. I wished I had waited and ordered two MSIs from Dell.

If you didn't go check was the shipping was, by default they set it to overnight. When my friend bought his we were wondering why shipping cost so much and then looked at it. All E & A products had free shipping at the time.
