Euro burned DVD's work in the US

My cousin wants to make a home movie and send it to the family and needs to know if the PAL/NTSC issue will come to light in regards to a PC DVD player.

I know my old Apex home player has PAL/NTSC options, but do not know about PC components, please advise.

it will work fine

you can play PAL burned DVDs on PC and stand-alone.

I do that with my family, since my camcorder records in NTSC, I'm to lazy to go through the entire process of converting from NTSC to PAL. Just record it on DVD with no region code. It works fine.
