Yahoo and Adobe are awesome. Instead of it taking 30 seconds to open up a PDF on an older system, now it will a couple minutes. And just imagine if you're trying to open it up in a browser....

Well....that's absolutely with out a doubt the most retarded idea I've seen in a while....way to go adobe/yahoo.

If you've got a firewall that supports per-program settings (Zone Alarm, for example) you can simply not allow Acrobat to access the internet.
Or, y'know, you could just use something other than Acrobat to open pdfs.
