Bunch of morons works for EA. Why the **** EA and any other company installs DX9.0 without ****ing asking me.
You're aware that EA had nothing to do with Crysis other then publishing, correct?
You should be focusing your anger at Crytek the guys who actually coded the game.
However, EA is still a bunch of morons when they do code their own stuff.....

So noone actually knows how it would run crysis on a quad sli setup? You guys say its a drivers issue, therefor it will run like sli only?

I didn't even think it was possible for 8800s to run in quad SLI? I thought the maximum was 3 cards in SLI. Let me know if I'm wrong.

It's an AMD board on the Quad FX platform (which is now dead). That would explain why us intel guys have never seen Quad SLI. ;)

The DX installer does not overwrite files if it finds newer.
Regular dx installer vs dx redist installer are quite different. It does overwrite.
DX Redist overwrites no matter what. I think you guys don't realize that.

I don't know either but I would just keep watching JakUp's sig to see how many Ultras can be crammed into one rig. :p
As of right now I haven't seen 3 way SLI working with any drivers thare are out, so only 2 cards max.
