I've been looking for a low cost 5.1 speaker set(150$)
The Philips A5.600 seem to have the best specs(50W woofer + 5x10W sats)
Any other suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks:)

These (http://www.alteclansing.com/product_details.asp?pID=251&sID=1) are the speakers I have. $99 MSRP, but you can get them online for a lot less than that. Newegg has them for $68.

I was quite surprised as to how punchy those speakers are. For the average user, I think they're perfect. :)

those are some great speakers. Best for their price range:D Don't think you can find any better for anywhere near that price.
