Need free program to send text messages to phones via PC

i need a program that will allow me to send text messages to multiple phones from my PC. anyone have a free program that is capable of doing this?

no, my dad coaches basketball, and all his players have cell phones, so he is looking for a program so he can text message practice and game information to multiple ppl quickly and easily.

I just use the send to many feature on my phone. Of course you pay per SMS but with most PC solutions there are fees as well.

There are tons of online SMS tools out there that are free. I don't know of any that allow you to send to multiple recipients though.
