AFAIK, WinXP x64 doesn't get the same updates as WinXP x86 because it's based on Windows Server 2003. So, XP x64 won't get a third service pack until WS '03 does (if it does).

This is just an overview. However, you can find the release candidate of SP3 if you look around.

XP 64 has most of these updates already since SP2 for XP x64 is relatively new. There won't be an SP3 for X64 XP for awhile if ever...
