I'm not speaking of solitaire. I'm referring to running an actual game on your work PC.

I have a 40gb USB drive that plays WoW just fine without it having to be installed on the machine. I run it through a SOCKS proxy to my home machine so they can't tell I'm connecting to Blizzard. I also just added in a Radeon x550 128mb ($20) to the work machine so that it will run it better than the onboard and free up system RAM.

I know it's a shame, but what else to do when I'm bored?

Public poll BTW.

I did at my old PC repair job when we had no work or we were on break.

Good times.

I tried using the boss key on the Leisure Suit Larry games. Apparently Spreadsheets aren't done in a DOS app anymore. :(

Curveball. Usually only when I'm waiting for a long install to finish and I'm in the field.

A few occasionally play WOW, and last year people were brining 360's and playing Madden. It was insane, and I shuddered in disgust.

At my old Law Firm there was a guy who was sneaky playing his WOW.

He was taken care of pretty swiftly.

I don't game at work. Just post on here. I game at home only.

I'm about fed up with my current employer and am looking to go back in the field away from the office and PCs at the beginning of the year. So I really don't care what they think right now.

I find that as I am on a PC all day at work, I am less inclined to do anything with my own at home.

Wait, how? Isn't there a supervisor? :)

Oh how I wish I could game at work . . unfortunately working in a military enviroment, they have it so locked down you can't even bring in a burned CD-R. of course where I work security is a little bit tighter than usual, but yea it sucks.

waiting for stuff to break ftl. :(
