I have been extensively researching part after part for about 3 months now and its finally the time for me to place the order. Before I went and submitted it I just wanted to post one more time and ask if anyone had any comments or advice. I want to thank everyone who contributed on helping answer all my questions. So many of you have been so entirely helpful. Parts as follows.

Looks good to me, thought I don't know how good the CPU HSF is.

I would consider a Thermalright 120 or Tuniq Tower.

Heres a chart for comparisons:

Looks good ;)

Regarding the CPU cooler, its user preference really, alot of people prefer the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme, but i'm happy with my Zalman :D

my zalman is excellent, installation isnt too bad either. theres a video on their site how to do it if you get confused but it is pretty straight forward.

Dammit! I was just about to submit my order and the 8800gt just went out of stock. This sucks! Does anyone know how often newegg receives new shipments of gt cards? Hopefully frequently.

It's pretty irregular... try ZZF or ClubIT... or even evga.com.

HOORAY!! I ordered it at frys and got the one I wanted; EVGA 8800gt 512 with no factory overclocks to save me some money. Ordered the rest from newegg. I'm really excited to build my first computer. Wish me luck on the build.
