I have 32bit vista and 22' 16:10 display.
The only avaible resolution for me is 1680x1050
In xp I had also 1280x800 and 1440x900 added for gaming reasons.

Is there a way to make custom resolutions in Vista ?

My posts in this thread are vista specific. Vista 64 specifically, but I bet it works the same in 32.

The original poster was referring to resolutions lost in both XP and Vista, I thought the Vista info might help.

Actually, adding resolutions with Rivatuner is no trouble at all compared to not having the resolutions that you want.

You just have to do it once per driver install. You did ask how to add resolutions. It's simple with Rivatuner and now you know. The other way is just to add the resolutions to the inf file as per CaptNKILL's simple instructions.

I prefer Rivatuner because I have a crt monitor that is capable of really high refresh rates and the 60Hz "defaults" look like ass. So with Rivatuner I just don't even add 60Hz as an option when I add the resolution.
