2GB of ram isn't enough for Vista 64 right?

It should be enough for most application unless you run some very memory hungry applications like maybe Photoshop CS3 and a few of games like BF2 and BF2142.
I just got an extra 2 GB for my system(4GB total). I was getting constant hard drive activity while playing BF2. Now everything seems fine.

Are

Sorry, I don't know. Maybe someone else can answer that questions.
Memory is very cheap these days. If you have Vista64 I would recommend buying a 4GB kit anyway. That way you don't have to worry about it later.

Niot,
My Vista64 takes about ~800MB(superfetch disabled) idle.
If you are already playing those games in XP calculate the memory usage of the game and add another 1GB just to get a rough estimate of what you need.
With the exception of BF2 and BF2142 most of the older DX9 games did no go beyond 1GB. The newer games are probably going to take more memory.
