1. What's the easiest method of dual-booting vista premium upgrade and xp home if xp is already installed?
2. Does vista premium full have anything upgrade doesn't?

1. Get a 2nd HDD and install Vista on it. Most modern mainboards have a "BIOS-based bootmanager" where you usually just have to press F8 during the boot squence and select the HDD that you want to boot from.
2. The only difference between Upgrade and the Full version is that you have to install XP first IIRC. I'm not 100% sure on that, maybe you just need to pop in your XP disc and enter the XP key but I could swear that you need to install and activate XP first before you can successfull install a Vista Upgrade version.

I use the bios as my boot manager too. It's certainly safest.
I have my games, media and archive drives all configured to the same letters, whichever OS I boot.
All of my OS's see themselves as the C drive too, 'cept for the Linux of course.
When adding an OS, I usually disable the other HD's until it's installed to keep it from possibly "stepping on the toes" of the other OS's.
