I upped the cpu in my HTPC Vista 64 box and got this error:
Digital Cable device registration is working properly.

I found it to be DRM related so i unhide all pretected files and folders and removed the DRM folders in C: hidden folders MS windows\DRM.

All is good now but this is very annoying for those who upgrade their CPU in Vista.

This DRM is very annoying even doing legit tasks.

How did some of you combat DRM in Vista?
