Medal of Honor :Spearhead framerates

I have a P4 2.8Ghz, 1GB PC-1066 RDRAM, Windows Xp Home, Radeon 9700 pro { cat 3.2 drivers} direct x 8.1, sb audigy 2 sound card.


In MOH Spearhead my framerates are 30-80 or 90, is this normal for my pc? I was thinking i should be getting over 100+


Im using fraps to check the framerate, what should i be getting in MOH Spearhead?

thats about right for fps with 4XAA and 8XAF

also for fps in the console type,
