This is on my girlfriend's computer.
The computer is unable to load gebyv.exe under the Windows/system32 folders.
Is reformatting the only way? I'm hoping not because this computer literally has everything that my girlfriend and her parents save on.
I used the Adaware to find the bad files, it did and I got rid of them. Then I used AVG Antivirus, it found 19 threats and healed them. But I'm thinking it actually affected too many and corrupted few programs.
My girlfriend's parents use AOL a lot and something, I guess a virus affected it, and when it found the affected file, AVG healed them. And we were unable to open AOL anymore so I had to uninstall and install AOL.
Suggestions?
