Help with 2 harddrives!!

I have a 10,000RPM 37GB 8MB cache Raptor SATA1 hard drive and a 7,200RPM 250GB 16MB cache SATA2 hard drive.

I am doing a reformat and wondering what would get me best performance. Should I use the Raptor for the OS and the larger drive for game installs, or vice versa??
