How do you use Vista transparent menus?

I just got vista and I cant seem to find how to turn on the transparent menus and whatnot. This is probably a really stupid question but how do you turn them on?

"How do you use Vista" ... oh and I was all ready to jump on that lol...I'll have to save this for next time haha.

1. Format.
2. Install XP
3. Install SP3
4. Install Vista Inspirat Bricopack from (http://www.crystalxp.net/galerie/en.id.130.htm)
5. Enjoy Windows Vista "the way it was meant to be played!"
