Ummm...why not? I love editing a Word document on my screen. Actually I can edit two Word documents side by side and they are the size of an actual sheet of paper. No problems here.

So true. I thought I was going to hate losing resolution over my 19" samsung which could do 2048x1536. So technically I was "upgrading" to a lower resolution monitor, even though it was bigger (24" acer)

I love my 24" LCD sooooo much. I can make out every single letter easily, and the color is brilliant.

1920x1200 on a 24" LCD is just great. :D
