HD 2400PRO 256MB good enough for HDCP?

I'll probably have enough spare parts after my next upgrade to build a HDCP so will one of these low end ATI cards give me good playback on my 720p tv or will I have to spend some proper money?

Yes any HDCP capable low end cards or IGPs from ATI and Nvidia will do the job fine.
