OpenGL error with FX3000

Hello
Anybody out there,
I'm got OpenGL error with Nvidia NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-100.14 driver even other drivers, like NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-100.14.09-pkg2.run.
Now, I'm using IBM IntelliStation Z Pro (6224-39K) with
Redhat Enterprise Linux WS 3 (2.4.21-37.0.1.ELsmp) (x86_64)

The problem is, when i run the OpenGL screensaver system's totally rebooted.
so, i'm just disabled the "glx" function in XF86Config file.

anybody can help me out with this problem?
