How come my linux partition can hold a 2.5 ghz overclock and my windows partition bsods at 2.1ghz?

My latest mp3 player only has mtp and support is edgey with libmtp and probably will be for the next few releases so im stuck =[

Its the windows registry.

You should know that.

Yea, windows has always been more sinsitive when it comes to overclocking.

like win2k, you have a P4 2.8 533 and some how able to get it to 3.2ghz, win2k may appear to work ok but when you reboot it, one of the hives usually gets corrupted. always happens. i should know.
