Maybe its just me, but I'm not even going to bother with it. We all know it will be a slaughter. Patriots will be up by MINIMUM 20 points, so whats the fun in even watching it? Commercials? psst. I'll just look them up online.

I don't think I'll be watching. This will probably be the least watched Superbowl in history....

I still don't get why people think it will be a slaughter!? These guys just played each other and the Pats barely won that game.

Good teams vs. Not so good teams are never fun. Just like this past year in the NBA Finals. Spurs vs. Cavs was painful to watch.

Psst... Cavs are my team too(second favorite at least :D). So YOU back off. :D
Nuggets ftw!!!!
Its amazing how bitter some of you are. Was it like this in high school also? Hated the popular kid? Hated that pretty girl that didn't look at you? Hated the kid with the job and car?
When was being good at what you do a bad thing? These guys ****ing made it. They should be celebrated weather they coasted on skills like the Patriots or fought there asses off and played some of the best football ever to win like the Giants.
But hey, lets hope this attitude spreads so we can have a huge upset.(nana2)

It's the only NFL game I can watch live on TV so I'm still gonna watch it this year ;)

I don't have anything against the Patriots, but I won't be watching, simply cause I'm sick of seeing them there, reminds me of giants vs. the bills for like 4 years straight in the early 90's, that sh*t get's boring.
I enjoyed it last year, not just cause my home team the jokes, I mean the bears somehow worked through an easy schedule to get there, but also because the Patriots finally, weren't representing the AFC.
Giants or Packers, didn't matter to me, same outcome, Patriots win, not watching predictability.
And don't give me that week 17 ish. Giants COULDN'T beat the Pats in a useless game, how are they gonna beat them when the Pats actually put some effort into the game, like they did in the 4th quarter of week 17?
Maybe I'll tune in for the commericials.
The way they played against the Chargers, I wouldn't consider anything a sure bet. The Giants kicked some serious ass in piss poor conditions and without their star TE. Don't forget week 17 against the Pats where they almost upset them with 38-35 @ NE. Counting the Giants out now is just absurd.
That being said, I'll probably be looking at my beer more than the game though.

:wtf:
How is going for being undefeated useless? As I recall, all the starters were in the whole game.

They actually show the NFL in Switzerland?

I'm just saying as a team, I'm thinking all your effort would go into a superbowl, not an undefeated season.

I think keeping all the starters in clearly showed the effort.
Many teams can say they won the Superbowl, but how many can say they went undefeated all year?

I agree. That last game definitely meant something to the Pats. If anything it didn't mean that much to the Giants since they really had nothing to gain from it, other than getting to stop the Pats going undefeated.

i wont be watching...
i dont have TV
I want the Pats to win because I am tired of all you PATHETIC cry babies. The Pats have put together a impressive season.
This is the way sports has been since professional leagues were introduced. You have a couple of teams that dominate for 8 or so years. That IS the nature of sports. GET YOU CANDYASSES USED TO IT OR STOP FOLLOWING SPORTS! It will never change so stop crying.
YOU ARE ALL WEAK! YOU ARE ALL LOSERS!

You guys are smoking crack. This will be the most watched Superbowl ever, and it should be a good game. And the Pats will win. :D
The Pats haven't cover the spread in 6 weeks, and Moss has 2 receptions in the playoffs. This could be an excellent game.

I hate BOTH of the teams in this year's super bowl. The only question is which team do I hate more?
I hate the giants because the beat the Cowboys....and after that bull**** game last night I hate them EVEN MORE.
In fact, the more I think about it...I'm afraid I will actually be hoping the Patriots win.
The New York Giants are a big group of **** sucking fairies who paint their houses with damp feces.

I have no problem at all with the Patriots. I'm happy for them that they are undefeated. I just don't care to watch their games. They aren't entertaining to me. /shrug

There is a weekly sports show about the NFL but no live matches.
