Im very picky. But i think ive found two cases that seem sleek enough, quiet enough, and have the cooling capabilities i need.
Now i need your input on the two.

VS.

With either one Ill probably get some Yate Loons (medium speeds) and swap out the stock fans with these.

You would have a better chance getting laid with the Cosmos.

All my stuff will hardly fit into a TJ07 when I get done with it. Not saying the cosmos is a small case by any means its a great case. But the only case that would work for me was the TJ07.

The P182's are on sale at the egg right now.

I like my P180 but you need to add fans to it to get it cooled down.

Vertical cooling makes a lot of sense.

Bigger the case, the better the cooling generally. I found that out going from a Lian Li PC1000 to a Silverstone Temjin TJ10 case.

On the Lian Li, I was obsreving temps of 65-70 degrees celcius max on my cpu (E4440 overclocked to 3 Ghz) when loaded and 8800 GTX core (non overclocked) of 91-93 degrees Celsius max when loaded

Now on my Silverstone Temjon TJ10 case, I am now observing CPU when loaded (same overclock) temps of 5X to 60 max degrees celsius and GPU of 7X degrees celsius max when loaded.

Vote for the bigger case

if only i could find a case equal to the size and visual appeal as the cosmos for under 100 :)

Cosmos, of course, it's very quiet, and cooling performance should be the same as the P182 if not better.

Cosmos. I have one. Their support is OUTSTANDING!! you see the 120mm fan casing on the bottom? They offered a free 2nd casing for my hard drives to be cooled if I just sent them a copy of my invoice. FREE! That's how good their support is.

The cosmos 1000 has a bit of air intake problem... negative pressure. You need to either buy a 2nd fan and request for the plastic casing so it can cool your hard drives + more air intake, or buy 1010 (for +$70 with extra side 120mm fan).

All in all it's an OUTStanding case.

Edit: I have Zalman 9700 and Q6600. Outside the case is about 75 Fahrenheit. My cpu is overclocked 15%. I get 46-50 Celsius constantly running processes. That's how good the cosmos is.

You need the negative pressure for the VGA airduct to work though.

Cosoms S...huh was debating on the Cosmos 1010 or the regular Cosmos, and the Stacker 832, now I may just wait for this S version.

yeah it looks a lot better, and it looks like it may offer better cooling since a lot of it is metal meshing. but idk how that will effect the "silence" the cosmos is supposed to have.

Cosmos quieter, Stack cooler. The S version may change things a bit.
