They already said they have a nuclear weapons program, but now they are claimed they have actual nuclear weapons, and intend to prove it soon (probably a nuclear test).

Why attack communism? It's the people that do damage. Communism by itself is nothing more than an ideology, same with every form of government. Nearly all forms of government would be good if every one likes them, and no one is corrupt or mentally ill etc... In other words, no form of government is perfect. Human beings are known to screw everything up.

Ideology itself doesn't harm anyone weather it is evil or good. The people who carry those ideas out are the people that may/may not need a good kick in the ass.

unfortunately those who control Communist governments don't have a good track record at all so far.

maybe one day there will be a benign Communist government/leader. but until then, let the bashing continue ;)

Well that kinda answers its own question, the people in charge of a comministic state of too much power themselves, without having certain people controlling certain areas (see: Federal reserve / HM treasury etc). So if the person at the top goes bezerk as has happened so many times theres little or nothing that can be done to stop it. However, in a capitalistic government the leader can be impeeched / overthrown if they are judged to be doing wrong by an overwheliming majority.

Also, they HAVE to put their head on the block every (roughly) 4 years for the people to decide if they have done a good job or not. So in effect the communistic governmental system allows lunatics total control.
